Seen Presents is an experiential events agency driven by understanding human emotion and culture.
We create online and offline authentic connected live experiences to drive brand resonance and understanding for consumer focused lifestyle and entertainment brands.
We are seeking a London based Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple live and experiential projects across the agency.
This role is suited to someone with agency experience who can independently manage smaller scale projects while supporting larger programmes. You will be accountable for timelines, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agency standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Management
· Manage small scale projects autonomously from brief through to delivery
· Support Senior Project Managers on larger scale projects
· Set and manage deadlines across multiple workstreams
· Prioritise effectively and stay across all aspects of project delivery
· Ensure standard agency policies and procedures are maintained across accounts
· Manage multiple client projects simultaneously at varying stages of design, production, and installation
· Maintain accurate project documentation including critical paths, budgets, production schedules, status reports, and agendas
· Demonstrate a good understanding of the creative process and production techniques, including reading technical drawings
· Understand delivery processes across live streams, festivals, parties, summits, conferences, and pop ups
· Work closely with design and production teams, suppliers, contractors, and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met
· Support client calls and ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress
· Provide confident onsite support across events, installations, and de rigs including management of third party suppliers and event staff
Client Management
· Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of service
· Support retention and long term development of key accounts
· Produce detailed and accurate contact reports
· Communicate confidently with clients via email and in meetings
Commercial Acumen
· Communicate relevant project financial information clearly to senior team members
· Manage project costs effectively to ensure budgets are maintained and GP is protected
· Build accurate budgets that consider all elements of delivery
· Track and report on project GP with contingency planning where required
· Manage supplier and freelance invoices and reconcile against agreed budgets
Team Collaboration & Development
· Work collaboratively within the team, taking ownership of assigned tasks
· Provide proactive and accurate project updates to line managers and the wider team
· Support junior team members where appropriate, setting tasks and maintaining quality control
· Maintain a solution focused and organised approach across multiple projects
· Demonstrate clear and professional communication across clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Key Skills and Experience Required
· Previous experience as a Project Manager within an experiential or brand experience agency
· Experience supporting or delivering projects up to £500k
· Proven client and supplier management experience including budget creation and control through to onsite delivery
· Experience operating within a fast paced agency environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
· Calm, organised, and resourceful under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hours and Location
This is a London based role operating on a hybrid working model. We are in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role requires attendance at meetings, briefings, and close client contact. Standard office hours apply, though deadlines and installations may require occasional extended hours.
