We are seeking a commercially aware and delivery focused Senior Project Manager to join our London team.

This role is suited to someone who has built their career within consumer facing experiential agencies, delivering live work for lifestyle, entertainment, streetwear, or youth culture brands. You will take ownership of small to mid scale projects end to end, while supporting on larger, more complex programmes. You will be accountable for timelines, budgets, stakeholder management, and delivery standards across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Management

· Manage small to mid scale projects autonomously from brief through to delivery
· Support Senior Project Managers and Directors on larger scale or complex programmes
· Set and manage deadlines across multiple workstreams
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of design, production, and installation
· Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation including budgets, critical paths, and production schedules
· Ensure agency processes and standards are consistently followed
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process and production techniques, including reading technical drawings
· Understand delivery processes across live streams, festivals, conferences, pop ups, summits, and parties
· Support onsite delivery including installations and de rigs
· Confidently manage third party suppliers and event staff onsite

Client Management

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and confident communication
· Communicate effectively via email and in meetings
· Produce detailed contact reports and meeting notes
· Keep stakeholders updated on progress through structured status reporting
· Support account retention and long term client development

Commercial Acumen

· Build accurate and detailed project budgets covering all elements of delivery
· Manage project costs to ensure budgets are met and gross profit is protected
· Track and report on project GP with contingency planning where required
· Communicate project financial information clearly to senior team members
· Manage supplier and freelance invoicing and reconcile against agreed budgets

Team Collaboration & Development

· Work collaboratively within the team, taking ownership of assigned tasks
· Provide regular and accurate project updates to line managers and stakeholders
· Maintain a solution focused, organised, and proactive approach
· Support and guide more junior team members where appropriate
· Communicate clearly and professionally across clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Key Skills and Experience Required

· Previous experience as a Project Manager within an experiential or brand experience agency
· Experience supporting or delivering projects up to £500k
· Proven client and supplier management experience through to onsite delivery
· Experience operating within a fast paced agency environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
· Calm and organised under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hours and Location

This is a London based role operating on a hybrid working model. We are in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Standard office hours apply, though deadlines and installations may occasionally require extended hours.
